3 emails no response

I can't understand dstv when we owe them money they are fast to call you a million times but as soon as we ask them something they take a life time to reply or they just don't replay at all! I've sent 3 email and no replies got back to me! Phone the number I always phone now the number does not exsit!! Multichoice you guys really dissipiont me and other customers! Is it becuase this time iam the one asking a favour that you don't reply??? Iam asking a fair chance to get my dstv account back on track and nobody is willing to help or atleast reply with a reason why!!!
