Date Night - Worst Eve

We (8 people) went and purchased the wonderful advertised night out for 2 as it was for my husbands birthday. We went to Monte casino on the 20th July which is also not around the corner from us. We got to customer care, got a welcoming impression from the lady that helped us. We went to collect the movie tickets, which the staff did not know what to do because it was a voucher. Waited for 20 min before we could get a ticket. After the movies we went to the gaming floor to use our free play and get a drink, where we we told that the voucher cannot be used on the floor? Had to walk about 1 hours where we were directed to everyplace except the cobblestone pub.
Got to Billy G 7:30 where we were told that there was no table after I phoned to make a booking. We were told they would squeeze us in. Got in eventually, tables open all over the place. Food was burnt, cold and really bad. Worst mistake I made by going there, and taking all our friends to the "great" place. And the best part is that you get treated like a charity case when you show the voucher. According to me I rightfully paid for everything.
