Pathetic attitudes by staff, no freeplay disgusted

Recently i decided to go to monte casino for a night out with my boyfriend. I was firstly treated rudely when purchasing a R600 voucher for this package, the lady was rude and looked at me like i was a hobo. I then just excused it and walked to claim the voucher from front desk and freeplay. When we got there the people were unfriendly, i was told my freeplay was loaded on mine and my boyfriends but when i got to the machines to play no money was there, and when i called the attendant he told me i played it yet i told him i did not, this is a rip off. I also went to 3 sixty and was told i can only have a selected drink which is not right so i had to pay again there, the food was cold and horrible at the restaurant we slected. I find this an absolute waste of money and time and my entire experience other than the movies were disgusting Please arrange for feedback by Ali whom i know is a brilliant manager and possibly fix this issue
