The service from Vee's Videos is shocking, this happened on more than one occasion. Booking movies and they either forget to actually book it or they rent it out and say sorry but it hasn't been returned yet. When you buy a contract of 20 units, new movie been 2 units, You can hire a movie and when you go back its suddenly on 16 unit or less and the movie wasn't returned late. Furthermore the staff bum for a cool drink or cigarettes when you want to hire a movie. If you for example hire a movie on Saturday returning it on a Sunday, you get a phone call on Tuesday asking where the movie is. After you explained you dropped it off early, the response is Oh Ok.
Really really a shocking video store.
