I have booked a box office movie twice now, both times having to phone customer services in order to rent the movie. I used about R15 airtime on the call. WHY are we still dialling an 031 number to get hold of DSTV. This number must be a TOLL free number. It costed me R40 in total to hire a movie.

Why is it so hard to book a movie without having to have to phone Dstv. Thr box office system is flawed and needs to be fixed up.

I would like some feedback please.
