My multichoice was diconnected which i could not understand why, after loading a complain on a sunday afternoon i was called by the above person half an hr later who dealt with my issue.
After exlaining to her she then connected me immediatly and i was so happy that i subscribed to a debit order payment from a cash payment method which i was on.
i am extremely happy with her service and thumbs up.
