On the 23/6/2013 i phoned in to have a debit order authorised on my account and i was advised by the person that he will be loading my banking details onto the system but i will have to go into a branch with a copy of my ID and bankstatement. I never went into a branch to submit these documents. On the 30/6/2013 i paid my installment manually and then on the 1/7/2013 i received a sms that the debit order did go off my account.
Now apparently my manual payment is not reflecting in their account but I did send them proof of payment that was done into their account.
i received an email from Multichoice to say that my query will be attended to within 24 hours that was on Tuesday 2/7/2013 until now i have received no feedback from Multichoice and i have to phone in every time and then i get the same styory the money is not reflecting in their account.
