BAD billing SERVICE AND HITLER TACTICS

On the 14 of december 2012 i called in asking if my DSTV can be reactivated, i explained to the lady that i had moved properties and i am expecting someone to connet the satelite disg the same day. she said to me have 24 hours to make payment and the service will be connected. sadly the satile dish was never connected due to electricity issues in the area, so i never made the payment and i never called as adviced to confirm payment.. as i had understood that within 24 hours without payment the service will not be active. i i was shocked to receive an account requesting me to pay R558.00 to multichoice in january 2013, i then called the call centre on the same week of january the lady i spoke to said they will explain and come back to me within 7 days. today 2013/01/22 i call in requesting to know what is happening and Welile and his supervisor we saying because i requested the service i must pay. this pathetic, i never used that service in december 2013 and i would expect that i would be charge for the 24hours not r260.00 as if i use the service. i am not happy with the conduct of your staff and the i dont care attitude towards billing problems. i did not use that servic
