A waste of time - don't bother calling

I have been trying to make a booking at the Wild Coast Sun for the past 3 days now, each time I'm put on hold for more than 10minutes (the phone just rings). Today, I finally got a hold of someone at reservations but she was extremely rude, unhelpful and refused to answer my questions. She prompty just put me through to a number that to my surprise just rang.

I tried calling the manager (whose phone also just rings). Seriously, customer service... no such thing.

Does anyone actually work there???
