Online system not working/embarrassing screen disp

I have a holiday dstv which I allow guests to my apartment to use. It is highly embarrassing when time and time again, I am unable to send though the activation signal over the internet and the guest gets the message ' E-19-4 account has been suspended or account in arrears'.

I then have to phone multichoice (number 74 in the queue today) and wait for an inordinate amount of time to have the problem sorted.

This problem has been going on for over 18 months.

# Why is the online connection system not working?
# Can a less embarrassing message please be used instead of letting guests think that I have not paid my account?
# Can more agents man the call centre at peak times so that we do not run up such huge telephone bills?
