Hello Dstv, It amazes me how such a huge organisation can continually stuff up peoples accounts and waste away their working hours. So as I write this I am now waiting on the line to speak to one of your call centre agents, 20minutes into waiting, I am very grateful loudspeaker right now. So apparently when upgrading my account your call centre agent decided to add on another smart card to my account from a "agency", who this belongs to I am not sure but apparently I had to pay for two months of their connectivity and a re-connection fee. When I asked your call centre agents if he was concerned that someone added a service to my account without my approval he advised me not! So I give you authority to debit my account and you go add on services and deduct money from my account with out my approval So you take out a whopping R1400 from my account. Fantastic also I had speak to Now five different call centre agents, two hours of call time which I have to pay for, two hours of my working day which I don't get back, and three hours of connectivity issues. DSTV I hope you are satisfied with the level of service I am getting. I cant wait for an alternate supplier cause is this is just
