Complete lack of service

I own a Guest House. I could not get a signal from DSTV today and the error message was " account suspended" This is nonsense. I had guests who were extremely irate because they could not watch the Currie Cup final. I phoned the commercial division twice this afternoon to rectify it and both times I was in an automated queue for nearly an hour and never reached an operator. Do they exist? Considering what we pay for the service I think that this is disgraceful!
