SMS stating tv licence is overdue

Received an sms to 0824019568 on 19/07/2013 at 15:04:54 stating that my tv licence reference: 336275698 is overdue and that I should call SSDA on 0878250600 to avoid escalation. My id number is 8005070067088 under NC Minnis. I do not have a tv licence - how can I owe you. To top it all off the call centre does not appear to be operational as they keep you on hold for ever and when they notify you that you are now the next caller in line the call ends without speaking to a consultant. Fix this now.
