This girl Nthabiseng who assisted me at around 12h56 wasted my airtime for nothing. i phone in to make changes on my 2 dstv accounts, i gave her my card number 42543542791, and i asked her which services are currently running on that card, instead she interrogate me? what the ### is hapenning? this people should really know that we are customers and know what we pay for. i phoned in to say swop my services but i firstly needed to confirm whats hapenning, instead she asks silly questions such as are you the owner of this accounts? even after i verified those accounts. i am using a cellphone to make calls.tell her to stop being stupid and note that some of your customers are more attentive than she is. i know how this services work but since the [URL Removed] website is just useless, i wanted to do it over the phone!

Am actually, that is why she didnt take me through to the customer survey, she knew i was gonna rate her services and knowledge at 0, 2 at the scale of 0 - 5. anyway, its cool
