Still no response after continous emails, calls etc

I complained about this few days ago, i got a response they will contact me via my personal email.till today nothing... scott khumalo from the dstv enquiries team said they would call but nothing!!! i spoke to
ntshidiseng.mokoena@multichoice said she will fix the problem but still nothing this is going on from the begginin of the month... she keeps on ignoring myemails...
If no1 gets back to me i will take this to the lawyers regarding!!

I want the highest person @ dstv to get back to me!!!
