I bought a DSTV on the 30th of June and I called the Call center to ask them install it for me, they promised to get someone to call me and set up a date to install it within 5 days of my call. I have been waiting and no one is calling me back and it 6 days now since I called them. I haven't been watching TV and when I call back again I wait for hours to get someone to pickup and I end up hanging up. I am really not happy with this situation and I don't know what to do next.
