My Family and I decided to go to the movies. First my wife phones to Loch Logan Branch to make bookings for despicable me 2. The person answering says first no he does not know how that works and then says we cannot book over the phone. He said we should book on line and that there is only 30 seats left available. So I went online registered first, made a booking for 3 people as I though, my son who just turned 2years old, would not have to pay. Gave my clicks card number for discount, and then it says sorry but you do not qualify for a discount and came down to R195 for 3 people. I first thought well this is crazy and cancelled the booking and decided well we will go direct to the theatre and go and book there. We get to the cinema at 13:45 with only one attendant on duty. We make bookings for seats and the lady tells me my 2 year old needs to pay. Which I really think is ridiculous. So the amount came down to R329.85.Asked the person for clip on 3D glasses and she said no they don't have in stock but the online service said they have in stock. We go into the theatre at 14:10. Movie is supposed to start at 14:30 so the movie only starts at 14:45. So a real experience
