Ad service didnt wanted to give my money back!

Went in to buy a product and the African lady was very helpful she always gives me good exellent service so I purchased a cool man capsule, so den I slmost left my R40 chance the way I was looking at the other products to see isn't there something else I should try for a change .so without even knowing did I take the capsule I purchased from the lady or not cause I already paid for it so .as we were looking for the capsule I decide to pay for another 1 cause I did felt my pockets and I didn't feel the product on me so I bought another one so I told the lady don't worry ill just buy another, yes I was in a hurry cause I was on lunch. So she phoned her boss explaining the matter to him he started yelling on the phone I could hear he's voice as I was standing on the opposite side of the counter. So I said its fine bought the other one so I left as I get into the car I felt something in my pants. And it was the 1st capsule I bought so I decided to go back in quickly and returned it cause I found the product so she phoned her boss again. He was very rude to her she just replied the guy came back found the capsule he's jeans right side there was a hole in he's pocket
