Signature Ozone
Please don't buy from Zagrys at Signature Ozone

I bought an "Ozone Capsule" (Suurstof masjien) as Zagrys called it from Signature Ozone. Zagrys told me over the phone that the "machine" costs R15 000, but as a result of an promotion on Radio Pulpit, the special price is R10 000, delivery free of charge by courier in 3 days from payment. I made two payments of R5000 each on the 22nd of March. I expected the "machine" no later than the 29th because of the holidays in between. After numerous phone calls and whatsApp messenges between myself and Zagrys, I finally received the tracking nr of a speedservice parcell from the Post Office on the 12th of April. After promising a courier delivery, he then told me that the courier is too expensive, he can't afford it. I collected the parcell from the Post Office on the 16th of April, only to find that the Ozone capsule is a portable sauna with a small ozone generator.attached to the side of the box, which I immediately identified as a gadget from China. I searched the internet and find that the same portable sauna's price is R4 999. (which was promised to be an ozone capsule). At this stage I'm trying to get my money back but with no success so far.
