Menthol capsule missing from Camel Activate

This is the second box of Camel Activate where I have had at least 1 cigarette missing a menthol capsule in the filter. There is a reason I smoke menthol, as I do not like the taste of normal cigarette's.
I have not heard of this issue being experienced with other brands like Dunhill Switch, etc, so I am very disappointed that a brand like Camel is happy to have this type of quality stigma attached to their brand.
I am considering changing brands, as a menthol smoke, without menthol in it is useless to me and money wasted.
