I recently ordered some generic coffee capsules for a Nespresso machine. I was surprised at the lack of follow up from Homemark on delivery and had to do this myself. I tried a capsule and it became obvious that its design (hard plastic) made it impossible for the machine's mechanism to pierce. On 14/12 I informed Homemark and (with the exceptio of several emails advertising other goods) haven't heard from them since. They should take a leaf out of Yuppiechef's book - best online ordering ever. It's a pity, because they market some good products.
