Repeated TERRIBLE service

I am an avid movie goer but not if every time I go to the movies early enough to get tickets and popcorn I still miss the first 10 minutes of the movies. This has happened 4 times in the recent past. Let me explain: I arrive, if the self service kiosk is working I use that as it is by far the best service at ster kinekor, however usually at Rosebank this service is unavailable along with no credit card facilities working. (3 out of the 4 past experiences) Up until now Is aggrevating but I do understand that technical problems happen. Okay so now ive got my tickets and I want to get popcorn. There is room for -6 vendors... one is working and half ignoring everyone while the rest of the workers are either talking to each other or taking stock of items. I go to 10 o clock shows. I understand workers are tired but thats no excuse for customers waiting in the non existent queue (max 5 people) only to be ignored to the point of having to ask if the kiosk is open and then to be looked at like you just killed someone and then to be served at a rate that is so slow its actually feels malicious. Movies feel more expensive experienced this way as you feel cheated and unappreciated. Management?
