DSTV disconnection - Even if paid

I pay my DSTV account on a monthly basis agreed as per my contract no later than the 28th of each month. Because the 28th fell on a Friday, they cannot trace my payment. Sent proof of payment, and i am told it will take up to 5 working days to reconnect my service.

complete and utter BAD system setup and maintenance!!! Setup up your calendar to allow payment, and trace the next working day and don't just cut your customers services!!!
