I have paid my dstv and my ref number was wrong but phoned and told them sorry I have paid the account but under wrong ref, so they have ask me to send proof of payment so I have told them I have sent it but will sent it again this happend 1week ago when my dstv is switch off so they have received my october payment but not september so I told them that's the one I have sent through so I have been sitting without dstv for 1week after I spoke to 4 people. Sent emails and I have received a email from Teboho Mabasa& Rudolf Sekolane that say reboot it they went through the hole prosesse and then it still not working I have sent. another email and the have told me ones a gain please forward proof of payment and then I phoned again DUDU was the person that told me I need to fax so I fax the proof of payment told me friday will phone me as she did received the fax or not still no one phoned me or helped me regarding the DSTV! Not very happy that we pay and can not watch dstv, what a disapointment. When you don't pay they will phone you 200 times a day but when you pay and there is no view or a problem no one worries!! That's not how you are supose to treat your clients!!
