I have called multichoice on numerous occasions regarding on demand unavailability on my tv. I always get the same response that it will be active in 48hours & was promised twice I would get a call back from them. Up to thisday I am still waiting. Final straw is when I spoke to an Irene who had the audacity to tell me that on demand is a feature I don't pay for, its a courtesy from multichoice. I invested in a pvr decoder for the sole purpose of recording and on demand as I travel constantly. You can imagine my disappointment when I got home after a 10day trip to not access a service that I pay R695 for. Up until multichoice get a competent competitor, the company's attitude will never change towards their customers. Im very sad to say as much as I love my series im seriously considering of not paying my next subscription & calling it quits.
