PVR, On Demand and Box Office

Dstv is useless, I have their top product with PVR, which gives me access to their On Demand, recording&Box office. However every now&then I find that my program's are not recorded On Demand&i'm missing some movies on Box Office. When I call the call centre they are not able to tell me what's wrong they send me a signal and ask me to hope for the best after 24-48hours. What the is that, I'm paying R75 extra for a service that switches off as it pleases and the service provider can't seem to fix it.its bad enough that u buy PVR decoder thinking it qualifies u for those benefits only to be told after that u still need to pay extra for it now I have to also accept that sometimes there gremlins that come and stop my On Demand from recording my series, I mean it's bad enough that they said they having new better channels dedicated to series' only toIhave them dedicating to a channel that repeats the same seasons we've seen over and over instead of showing new stuff. I'm tired of us paying for mediocre service while they make fools of us.
