Reconnection is disgusting- Internet site not work

We need to disconnect one service and reconnect another each weekend- the Internet site for reconnection has been off for 6 weeks. Each weekend we wait 20-50 minutes to reconnect our service on Friday and Sunday. After numerous complaints they still have not fixed the Internet site!!!
