Manager ignore complaints after movie 'just stops'

We bought two 3D movie tickets to watch Iron man 3. It cost us more than R120. So approximately 15 minutes before the end of the movie, the screen went blank and the lights went on. I can understand that there can be technical difficulties sometimes, but the way that the manager handled us just made the situation worse.

She just ignored everyone who were standing in the queue to complain, and just said that there's 15 minutes left, we must leave - there is nothing they can do. She wasn't helpful or even tried to listen to our complaints, she just walked away, and left a group of people standing there who didn't see the whole movie they paid for. We left there feeling cheated.
