Exclusive Screening of Defiance & Under the dome

I saw on Sunday that DSTV was running a competition for the screening of their new series. I sent 2 emails, entering myself to be selected. For the first time since I've been a subscriber, I actually got through. I received a response stating I must confirm whetehre I would still like to attend. Excitedly, I sent a response immediately on the 22/06, to confirm. Today I receive an email declining, saying that its a huge demand. Why did whoever sent the emails not think about that first instead of sending to everyone, and then disappointing subscribers. I think this is really inconveniencing people. Ashley should have done a limited amount of seats, responding to a few, fill that up, so as to ensure that paying subscribers are not left feeling disappointed. Am very disappointed in this whole thing. I fully understand that its a first come first served thing, however, we should not have been asked to confirm attendance, then told on the day, DO NOT COME
