Extortion of money - over debiting my bankaccount

Multichoice has over debited my bank account for large amounts of money. Despite my monthly instalments being R652.72 money has been extorted out of my bank account. April 3013 R 1764.89 and May 2013 R1317.72 and I'm not sure how much they will be from me this month of June 2013. Despite several phone calls, speaking to incompetent call centre agents, no one at Multichoice has contacted me back to resolve the issue. Being a loyal customer for many years obviously means nothing as they continue to extort from my bank account.
