I am a premium subscriber, paying my subscriptions without fail. what i am experiencing with Multichoice is beyond comprehend for sombody who has chosen and can afford the peak of their products. I am sick and tired of DSTV and their inefficiency. how many times do i have to call and tell you to resolve this problem. since February I am still struggling with the same problem. I have called your call center enough to cover whatever you claim i owe you, this is disgusting and distasteful. every time i call you tell me tha you have resolved the problem "Journal this and Journal that" how long do I have to wait before I can enjoy my hard earned money directed to you in exchage for my entertainment. this is and seriously disgusted by your false promises.

Now me and my wife fight over who else's subscriptions i am paying you really make me mad. you have no Idea what kind of damage you are causeing to my family. for the last time i urge you to remove the arreas amount you claim I owe you.

I owe you nothing and please resolve that, as a matter of fact i always pay more that you ask of me so do your part before i exercise other avenues. sies!!! [VERY ANGRY]
