I am so frustrated with DSTV at the moment they clearly dont know how to look after their clients. I called them on the 5th of Feb and said I should give them 5 days for refund called them the following week Tuesday on the 12th and there was still no refund called call centre after a huge debate the cosultants said i was wrong after arguing for almost 45 minutes they realized the were wrong and said the reason it wasnt paid was because a journal wasnt created by the previous call centre consultant. So a man called Michael eventually created it. gave me refrenece number ref: 121205991.

I called today because no refund was given as yet and the call centre agent (Bongiwe) ref:121627669 and tells me it was rejected because the call centre agent last week that was arguing with me entered the wrong amount to be refunded. So it has to go throught the whole process again which will take another 5 days. I want a detailed explanation from Multichoice, an apology, refund to be expidiated with immediate payment I am not going to take this nonsesne no more.
