Promise one thing but do not delive

I am a vitallity member and now while I trying to book online I get told that My daughter cannot get the discount that is been advertised. After I maid a complain on face book about 14 hours they ask me with a message that I must tell them which sterkinikor branch are we talking about.
Now that My daughter is sitting infront of the Kine she get told that she cannot get the discount how cool is that. The person on duty tells me that I must phone discovery and find out what is wrong, why Must I phone to find out if I have done everything that I was suppose of to do??? and then give me very bad attitude aswell.

Bad service or no service.

Promise one thing but no not deliver as promise that I call elegal.
