Empty promise

Hi, I have been a client with Bayport for some time, Tuesday I applied for a loan and Shiraz (staff member) confirmed over the phone (denied this statement on e-mail - very arrogant) that the loan amount will be paid on Wednesday... empty promise.. nothing... then I phoned his supervisor.. Mfiso... again empty promise.. he was suppose to phone me back in an hours time... AGAIN empty promise... left a message for a Kimberly to phone me back... again nothing... Later on wednesday i got hold of Mfiso... saying very quickly he is sorry but this whole thing is now out of his hands??? Today is Thursday... still nothing... still waiting for this phone call from some department or then management???
