Impossible to book tickets online

I have tried on and off since last night to book 2 tickets to see Hitchcock at the V&A. The site times out, isn't available, and then finally when I get right through to validating my payment, just sits for 15 minutes. I can't sit infront on my computer all day waiting for confirmation! so i cancelled and retried, only to be told that my Edgars discount had already been used. The payment did not go through because I did not get an email.
All the time the seats are selling out.
So I call the call-centre, which is apprently "Your Happy Place"... NOT AT ALL, it goes into a loop where it keeps giving me the options and not putting me through.
