We went on holiday on 28 March and asked DSTV to turn our holiday decoder on until 2 April. We returned from holiday and forgot all about it. On 31 May I called as one of my other decoders wasn't working. She as a courtesy mentioned that my next debit would be R1320.00 - To my horror. Its normal R695.00

It turns out they didn't switch off the decoder on 2 April and its been active all the time till 31 May when the consultant switched it off (I hope) I called on 12 June 2013 to find out what had happened. They said they are waiting for a copy of the conversation to be found. It would be escalated. I called today 19 June and got the same story. Not good enough! They deducted over R2000 on 31 April and R1320 on 30 May - both of which should have been only R695.00
