Montecasino - movie jiggling like 1920

We went to watch Star Trek tonight (14 June 2013) for my birthday, 7 family members. Drove all the way from Melville to Montecasino to be sure of great quality and a special night, believing that Montecasino is "the best in Joburg". The picture was not in focus, and much worse, it jumped up and down for the entire movie. My husband went out right at the beginning to inform management of the problem, and nothing was done, nor did anyone even bother to speak to us. We paid R371 to get headaches, and worse, this special treat (the first time we've taken the family to a movie in 3 years) that we'd looked forward to so much, was ruined. Shocking, Nu Metro.
