Unable to reach people at the call centre

My dstv was disconnected unsermoniously without any warning, letters, sms's or emails informing me that the service fee has increased and that the debit order didnt go thru, I phoned them to find out why it is off and then found out for the first time that the debit order did not go thru and that it happened twice on my account, for years i have being paying my dstv in this manner i never had a problem and wasn't aware that there was a problem, it took numurous calls but i finnally reached someone i told them that i am going to pay my arears account right now and was told that my service will be reconnected with in 30 min that was 24 hours ago, i tried phoning them accouple of times the wait is seriously not funny, when i finally got thru my call was dropped i tried again and all my airtime was depleated, problem is i cant phone again, i ve complained on their self help site and got i reply via email to rate their service thats all, on the site it says someone will be in touch with you to solve the problem, i want my service reconnected how many times do i have to fill in your complaint self service whatever before i get any joy, Maybe now someone will call me!!!
