I called on 4 April 2103 to enquire on downgrading my package to DSTV compact as I was paid up until 6 April. I called throughout the day and I was always 100 upwards in the queue and could not hold on. I eventually got through to the call centre holding for about 10 minutes later that evening at 21:30 and called to find out my options of downgrading. The call centre agent immediately sent the signal to my decoder to affect the downgrade. After telling her I was calling to make an enquiry only she then spent the next 20 minutes trying to re install my signal. Last night 5 April I tried to rent a movie on box office only to be blocked as I was not a premium subscriber when I am still a premium subscriber until 6 April. I think this service is appalling from Multichoice and on trying to call the call centre yet again for most of the evening I could not get through.
