I spent R 300 trying to get through to Multichoice - I cannot wait until my daughter outgrows cartoons and I never have to deal with this service provider in my life again.
After speaking to one of the consultants who promised to have my query resolved by the time I got home I was horrified to get home and realize the error was still showing and I needed to load MORE airtime to call them. I then called and I was caller 96 - great.
You guys are shocking seriously.
