For the last month I have been receiving messages from Multichoice to say that I have to pay R62.50 24 to 48 hours, or I will be disconnected.

As my account is fully paid, i do not understand why I keep getting these messages. I sent a mail to their [Email Removed] mail, I was told that on the 26th I enabled a old smart card which I do not even own. They disabled it again on the 29th when I called in to find out what is going on. I also advised them that in no way did I request to have this second smart card activated.

I currently only have one SMART card which is linked to my HD PVR, and this is the only one I am using.
