Worst cinema eve

This cinema is proving to be more out of order than anything else. Last night we went to watch Thor 2 and the projector broke 5 minute into the movie. This is not the first time. When we went to watch Dark Knight the sound was distorted, with Iron Man 3 the same thing, with Pacific Rim the subtitles were halfway cut off and you couldn't read it. The problems are becoming more a rule than an exception. Even worse is when you report the problem they give you this line: "We are aware of the problem." So if you are aware then why the f#%@ are you selling people tickets?!?! When we buy tickets from you we have a contract. I pay for a working movie. You can't sell me tickets and then give me poor service. When are the people at this cinema going to wake up?!? We didn't even get cash refunds last night for the tickets. We drove 55km's to go and see that film and they gave us these stupid tickets we have to use in 2 weeks time. We even had good seats for last night's show. Can someone at Ster-Kinekor head office do something about this, or should I just start posting everywhere on Facebook and Twitter and embarrass you?
