Bad service and unclean cinema

On Sunday night, 26 May 2013 we went to watch a movie at Cape Gate, in cinema 4. The cinema was in a disgusting state with pop corn and spices all over the chairs. Then there were numerous complaints from movie goers about having the aircon turned on in the cinema. The aircon was turned on shortly before the movie began and then was turned off. Lots of individuals were complaining about how hot it was in the cinema. Surely with a new movie release you would expect sell out tickets so turning the aircon on to control the temperature would be a given.

This is also not the first time that this has happened. Every experience at Cape Gate has been the same for the past 3 months. Now I remember why I stopped going to the cinema.
