Double booked

I visted ur cape gate branch on 16 february 2013 to watch the new die hard movie only to find out at the tickets were double booked. The cinema was full so there were on other seats. We, my husband and myself proceeded to get someone 2 assist but the manager wanted to give us chairs to seat to sit next to disability seats. However im 8 months pregnant and how uncomfortable would that be. Its was supposed be how last date night before baby arrives but got spoilt due to staff that got tickets duplicated. We had already purchased combo meals thinking that would actually watch a movie. The manager refunded the tickets but cost incured for meals and driving and the sheer inconveniece of not being able to watch and enjoy the movie. Im extremely disappointed at service provided.
