Be fair to all your customers

I am a loyal customer with DSTV for over 10 years, and over the years I hoped for DSTV to realise the importance of fairness in South Africa. I find it really unfair that we have to pay for the Indian channels, when other culture channels are free, or at least have one indian free channel for all the viewers.
Secondly, we pay a high premium for HD, and now with the upgrade we need to pay for the dstv installer??
You guys want to upgrade your services and we need to pay???
