Ster-Kinekor
Sadly Disappointed

So on Friday i booked 4 tickets for Thor 2 showing at Rosebank.

I called the offices at Rosebank and informed the lady that answered, i am on the website and wanting to book for the Prestige cinema, she informed me that the movie is showing in cinema 1 and 10 and i needed to book for "10"

She was friendly and told me to select the movie option that had a banner at the bottom right that read PRESTIGE across it.

So i continued to book the 4 seats Booking Ref:11359479 and 11351125.

Eagerly excited that i am finally getting to watch a move in the PRESTIGE Cinema and that I love.

We arrive and are informed the tickets i purchased online are for Cinema 1 and not 10 and that i can not be helped if the online system is incorrect!

We were all very disappointed with Ster-Kinekor as it was the first time we opted to watch a movie at Rosebank over Nu-Metro at Monte Casino.

It was a lesson well learnt!
