Worst Movie experience eve

Myself and my boyfriend decide to go to the movies on the 06/06/2013. We arrive at the self service area which doesnt seem to be working properly. we eventually find one which is working properly, no staff are in sight to help. after finally processing the payment someone comes over to assist us.
We THEN move onto trying to purchase refreshments. No staff behind the tills. After waiting for 8 minutes someone eventually comes out. but doesnt have her card to process the payment and disappears to find it. Returning 4 minutes later. She then cannot process the payment because she doesnt know how to do it. She has to find someone else to help her. Now the movie is about to start and having arrived with ample time to get everything done we suddenly find ourselves still waiting for our refreshments. Finally she makes payment and we proceed into the cinema eager to see the trailers for movies coming soon. NOT A SINGLE ONE. Finally the movie starts. Out of focus. after 10 minutes it is still out of focus so I run outside to ask for assistance. I go back inside. after a further 5 minutes they pull focus. But dont bother to start the movie again so we could actually enjoy it from the sta
