Mulitchoice suspended even though paid

I got a reminder on my decoder to pay R745 which I did immediately this morning. I get home tonight to find that the service is suspended. I call the call centre and would you believe that you cannot speak to an operator. event though their website says the following "Our DStv Call Centre is open from 07:00 to 23:00 Monday to Sunday, including public holidays. Give us a call and our friendly agents will be there to assist you with billing, technical, product or service queries, as well as general enquiries regarding the vast range of MultiChoice offerings." What a load of rubbish, I follow the prompts and although the computer voice says "please pay R0" I am STILL suspended. Why can we no longer speak to an operator an now we sit without service and have had to resort to sending a message via their website which will probably only get looked at tomorrow if I'm lucky!
