Bad tv service

I want to put a complain the movie United on 111 channel i wanted to watch it this morning at 9:40 but it showed black nd then also switch to channel 115 it showed blank but every month DSTV want they money on time i'm hardworking lady and don't like this rip off of the multichoice channels even it repeat until they feel like you must pay again.
