Vehicle At Carnival City

Friday night we went to have dinner at Carnival City. We entered at 19:30 parked the car in the parking lot.
Had dinner and came out only to find out that our vehicle was missing. Went back to the entrance to report the vehicle. The security at the entrance did not know what to do or who to call. After maybe 10 minutes we called so speak to the manager. They wanted to know where our ticket was. My ticket for the vehicle was in my pocket. So they our vehicle and left Carnival premises without the ticket. How do they do it... I really don't understand we must pay R10.00 for secure parking to obtain a ticket. Yet they can get out with a vehicle without a ticket. The vehicle left Carnival city @ 19:40 in less than 10 minutes of we entering the premises. I really thought that after Carnival City was robbed that the security will be 100% secure. Carnival City is not save at all and they wont be seeing us in the near feature ever again.
